Bob Finocchiaro - President & Owner
Bob established New England Boat and Recreation in 2004 with his wife Missy, and son Matt. Today, New England Boat and Recreation is well know in the lakes region area for their impressive line of boats which include boat manufacturer's from Bentley, Mariah and Princecraft. New England Boat and Recreation also carries a full selection of new Bombardier Ski-Doo Snowmobiles and Can-Am ATVs. Bob is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company. |

Missy Finocchiaro - Co-Owner
Missy helped establish New England Boat and Recreation in 2004 with her husband Bob, and son Matt. Prior to acquiring New England Boat and Recreation, Missy worked in the Massachusetts School District as a teacher. Missy is primarily responsible for customer service, billing and assisting Matt in the day to day operations. |

Matt Finocchiaro - General Manager
Matt helped establish New England Boat and Recreation in 2004 with his father and mother. Prior to starting at New England Boat and Recreation, Matt worked in Massachusetts as an HVAC Technician. Matt is responsible for sales, daily operations and working directly with the different manufacturers. |

John Keelan - Service Manager
John has been with New England Boat and Recreation since the Finocchiaros acquired the business in 2004. John is responsible for the service department and manages the service team to ensure all boats, snowmobiles and atvs are worked on at the highest level of quality and care. |
